Once we have reviewed your resume we will request a phone conversation, provided your resume reflects the requirements we have listed for each field of service. If the phone conversation is successful, we will request a face to face interview. If the interview goes well and there is a fit, we will call all references and finish the registration process to get you on board for representation to our clientele. There is no cost to register with us. Nannies and Newborn Specialists must register with the Trustline™ Registry which is an out of pocket cost from the childcare provider before being submitted to a client.

Trustline™ is California’s background check for in-home childcare providers in which all Seaside Nannies and Newborn Care Specialists are required to have. Clients appreciate the thoroughness of our screening process and that our childcare providers have an initial screen before meeting face to face. The candidate’s fingerprints are registered with the DOJ, the FBI, the California Central Childcare Index and the California Department of Social Services.
