Seaside Newborn Specialists are held in high regard as they make an incredible difference when transitioning home with a newborn! Our screening process includes a phone screen, a face to face interview, social media platform verification, documented references and fingerprinting through the Trustline™ Registry. We assist with hourly rate negotiations and help schedule the candidates. We look for Doula’s that possess their DONA certification, nursing students, registered nurses, midwives, or nannies that specialize in doing overnights for new parents that have at least 2 years of continual short term placements within the field of overnight infant care.

Current CPR and First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain)
Proof of a clean DMV record (DUI or DWI not accepted)
Proof of car registration and car insurance
